Summer Finding - Festival of Ostara

What a beautiful day for Ostara blot.

Big plans were made for our Ostara blot & sumbel and well.. everyone couldn't make it for one reason or another.
best laid plans are best laid until it's you and the dogs, which I truly believe it was meant to be, just us hiking through the bush down to the river then up and around the mountain and back in just over 4hrs.

I held blot to Ostara early in the hike, which was really peaceful like reverence was being made by all of nature during blot.
After blot nature started to sing again and we headed off on our adventure 

The dogs and I really enjoyed our time, the dogs running off chasing cockatoos was hilarious.
