I held a quiet sumbel at home and read a number of tales from the BROTHERS GRIMM FAIRY TALES.

The Brothers Grimm National Monument.

The ceremonial unveiling of the monument took place on October 18, 1896.
The monument was created based on a design by Syrius Eberle, professor and sculptor from Munich.

The often asked question "Who is sitting, who is standing?" we can answer:
Wilhelm Grimm is seated, Jacob Grimm is standing.
According to a legend widespread in Hanau, Jacob and Wilhelm secretly swap places at midnight.
