Hearth members and guest attended the resting place of Alexander Rud Mills and his wife Evelyn, today being the anniversary of Alexander's passing. 8-4-1964
Sumbel was held, gifts and offering given.
Gothi read from Alexander Rud Mills book "The Call of our Ancient Nordic Religion".

"The old Norse poetic mythology told how Odn-man, the truly great, and the Einheriar went boldly to Ragnarok, the last battle, knowing that they were going to certain death and defeat, and knowing that they were doing what their existence demanded that they should do (here it seems that Odin means "Good" and the enemy "Fenris in this case means "Evil" -- and our poet saw the sweet dawn and the coming beautiful day beyond the clash of the "Good" and "Evil").

After our respects were paid, we chatted and enjoyed light snacks provided by our guest.

Hail Alexander Rud Mills!

Hail Our Folk!

Hail the Gods!
